Runway models have been collapsing on the catwalk and ageing at an alarming rate, and when Jane notices a bruise that won’t heal she begins to fear the worst. As Dr. Carpenter begins to ponder whether Jane’s nightmares could be affecting her body’s healing process, Riley makes the disturbing discovery that none of the deceased models possessed the genetic mutations normally associated with accelerated ageing. How is it that a beautiful, twenty-three year old model could suddenly turn prune-faced and drop dead? In order to investigate, Jane and Maureen pose as runway models while the rest of the team members assume various posts around a high profile fashion show. One final glance at the mirror backstage, and Jane is startled to see that she has aged twenty years! Thankfully her healing powers serve to offset whatever it was that nearly made her stroll the catwalk with a cane. When Jane informs Andre of the incident, her quick-thinking teammate discerns that there must have been a very surprised Neuro in the audience and narrows the suspects down to three people: The backstage manager, the show organizer, and a model. As Connor, Maureen, and Jane attempt to secure DNA samples from the subjects, an assassination attempt is made on Jane. In the aftermath, the team makes a startling discovery about one of their prime suspects., In trying to stop a Neuro, who is sucking the life from people, Maureen and Jane go undercover at a fashion show where a model has died after ageing overnight., When young women become elderly overnight, Jane and Maureen go under cover at a fashion show to find the cause of the phenomena.
