The film is about a village called Dukhiya where women and children are raped regularly. A brave young man Barun Biswas decides to raise his voice against the perpetrators but is brutally murdered. When Barun’s friend Binod Bihari Dutta comes to Dukhiya to find the truth behind his friend’s death, he realises that he will have to take law in his hands to bring justice to the villagers.
