This time the trouble begins when the gas bearing cannisters accidentally roll off of an army truck and end up in an old cemetery near a new housing development. Little boys find the innocuous looking drums and open them. A hellish green vapor comes out and suddenly all those it touches get a craving for the contents of human craniums.
