Curtain Call
Scott and his freedom fighters are running low on protoculture energy cells. They devise a plan to not only replenish their supply, but strike a large-scale symbolic blow against the Invid as well. Nearby Norristown, houses one of the largest protoculture storehouses around, and it’s also a reasonably sized population center. Lancer announces a concert in his Yellow Dancer persona, drawing a huge crowd, then expresses concerns about security. The town’s officials fall all over themselves to obtain extra security personnel — conveniently, personnel who normally work at the storehouse. While Annie stirs up the crowd as much as possible before and during the concert to keep security occupied, Scott and the rest of the crew attempt to infiltrate the fortress-like storehouse., A heist is hatched by Scott’s freedom fighters, who hope to steal a Protoculture supply from the Invid.
