Farewell Big Brother
Lisa visits Rick in the hospital to apologize for injuring him, but she quickly turns cold when Rick tries to cheer her up. When she returns to the bridge, she confesses to Claudia that she loves Rick, but doesn’t know what to do about it. Furthermore, she’s confused by her feelings for Kyle, who reminds her of her late fiancé. Claudia reassures Lisa by telling her about the rocky start to her relationship with her fiancé Roy Fokker. Meanwhile, Zentraedi fighter ace Miriya squares off against Khyron in a clash of egos. When Khyron intimates that the Earth forces have one pilot whom she can’t beat, her curiosity is piqued: she stages an attack on SDF-1 solely to flush out and destroy this ace — who turns out to be Max Sterling. Miriya is furious when Max manages to drive her off, and she pulls her forces back in retreat. But during the furious aerial dogfight, her forces manage to exact a high price from the Skull Squadron., Minmei is urged to visit Rick as he recuperates.
