The Bigheads’ son Ralph, a famous animator, hires Rocko, Filbert and Heffer as a ploy to get out of his television contract. But his machinations backfire when the program continues to thrive., Mr & Mrs Bighead’s son Ralph decides he wants to leave the cartoon studio, so gets Rocko, Filburt and Heffer to make the worst cartoon possible.
