Dr. Cox gets a visit from one of his patients. This patient is a little different since Dr. Cox cannot seem to diagnose his problem. J.D. & Turk see this as an opportunity to show up Dr. Cox, J.D. and Turk try to grasp an opportunity to upstage Dr. Cox, whilst Elliott and Carla attempt to persuade the board to keep Dr. Kelso at Sacred Heart., Dr Cox’s worst ever patient, who he hasn’t been able to diagnose for two years, returns to darken his door. Meanwhile, Dr Kelso has to go before the retirement board when they find out how old he is., Dr. Cox struggles to diagnose a patient, and J.D. and Turk set out to one-up the veteran doctor by beating him to the punch.
