Ready to Bite the Apple
Day 28 of Survivor: China is marked by the conspicuous absence of the series’ youngest-ever contestant Michael Zernow, better known as “Frosti”, who’d been voted off at the end of Day 27. As the saga continues, Denise Martin reveals a heretofore unsuspected talent to fellow castaways Peih-Gee Law and Erik Huffman; Amanda Kimmel seeks out co-conspirators to help her blindside her “best friend” James Clement at the next Tribal Council; and series host Jeff Probst has a surprise for one and all. This week’s Reward Challenge is a Chinese culture quiz, the reward being a memorable visit to the Shaolin Temple. And the Immunity Challenge invovles something called “Hira-Shuriken” (chances are you’ll know what THAT is if you passed the previous culture quiz!), One castaway considers blindsiding a best friend, and host Jeff Probst makes a surprising announcement.
