When Kit discovers a shortcut that could help he and Baloo stay on schedule and return home on time, it doesn’t take long for the pair to realize that are about to navigate the dreaded Mirle Pass. The Mirle Pass is one of the most dangerous landscapes around, and during a desperate attempt to land in the ocean Baloo is knocked unconscious. Upon awakening, Baloo discovers that he is suffering from sever amnesia and cannot even remember how to fly. Though Kit and Wildcat try their best to get him airborne again, a flash thunderstorm forces the pair to leave Baloo behind in the Sea Duck. Fortunately for Baloo, Joe McGee is able to talk him through the landing over the radio. Now if McGee can only convince Biloo that he was once an ace pilot, perhaps the big brown bear can get back up in the sky where he truly belongs., After Baloo hits his head during a cargo run, he suffers amnesia.
