Denise: The Saga Continues
The sixth season of The Cosby Show opens as prodigal daughter Denise Huxtable (Lisa Bonet, once again a series regular) returns from her photographic assignment in Africa. Denise has brought along a couple of surprises for her parents Cliff (Bill Cosby) and Clair (Phylicia Rashad)–specifically, a new husband, Navy lieutenant Martin Kendall (Joseph C. Phillips), and three-year-old Olivia (Raven-Symone) Martin’s daughter from a previous marriage! Once they’ve overcome the shock of Denise’s new “family”, Cliff and Clair must face the prospect of providing housing for Martin and Olivia until he is shipped out.
