Death of a Client
When an erratic and litigious client is murdered in the street, the police ask Alicia for information about him to assist in their investigation. Will and Diane advise her to be cautious about waiving her attorney/client privileges, but then Alicia learns that the killer may also be targeting someone close to her. Peter and Mike Kresteva (guest star Matthew Perry) compete to gain the influential endorsement of a local Cardinal. Diane is offered the opportunity to become a Supreme Court Justice, but is she willing to leave the company in order to achieve her ambitions?, One of Alicia’s clients is murdered, and she fears the killer may also be targeting someone close to her. To help the police find the culprit, she agrees to waive attorney-client privilege. Meanwhile, Peter and rival Mike Kresteva vie for an influential endorsement; and Diane receives a stunning offer., While attending a formal dinner with Peter, Alicia is called down to the police station in order to assist with a homicide investigation. A client of Alicia’s, a paranoid and litigious CEO, has just been murdered and they want to know if Alicia can help find the killer.
