Penny Proud finds that turning 16 can be far from sweet when she spends her birthday stranded with her family on an island run by a nutty scientist, who is out to take over the world with a super species he’s created from peanuts, but first he needs her dad’s secret snack sauce., Penny Proud and her family are offered an all-expenses-paid holiday to Legoom Island, only to discover it’s a plot by the evil Dr Carver. So Carver unleashes his secret weapon, a group of evil peanut-shaped beings called G-Nomes equipped with artificial intelligence. They can morph into human shapes at will, so Carver turns them into clones of the proud family and sends them back to the Proud family home to wreak havoc.
