The all-male League of Superheroes invites Tick and Arthur to join, prompting Captain Liberty to sue for discrimination. Champion: Jonathan Penner. Sonic Boom: Robert K. Mailhouse. Captain Comet: Jack Armstrong. Captain Liberty: Liz Vassey. Batmanuel: Nestor Carbonell., Arthur and the Tick are invited to join the Legion of Heroes – but Captain Liberty is peeved at being excluded and decides to sue the exclusive club for discrimination.
