Animated action as the Autobots and Decepticons fight their ancient battle., Three children open a box from the world of Cybertron, triggering a robot war., On the distant planet of Sabertron there once lived a race of biomechanical organisms called Transformers. Two factions of these robotic creatures fought bitterly over the emergence of a new kind of Transformer called a Micron. Hoping to harness the power of these much-smaller robotic beings, the Destron army tried to enslave them, while the opposing forces of the Cybertron army worked to liberate the Microns and keep them free. Millions of years passed, and man Microns lay dormant beneath the ground. Now, three unsuspecting kids will inadvertently release a Micron from his slumber, and become involved in the conflict between the Destron and Cybertron armies that began so many years ago.
