After being injured in WWII, Tugger’s engine fan was replaced with an airplane propeller. Ever since, his greatest ambition became to fly. Following the war, Tugger took a job at an airport hauling planes, and became friends with an interesting crowd including two vintage gas pumps, an ex-WWII bomber named Bob, and a short-wave radio, all of whom contribute to realizing his dreams.
