Those plans involve opening a coffee shop in Amsterdam, but first he’ll need some serious cash to put down as a deposit. When Harvey learns that Steven stashes his drug profits in the fortified office of a local workingman’s club, he senses an opportunity to get back at the local thug for ruining his life plans, and secure the funds needed for his new business endeavor at the same time.
