7th Avenue Freeze-Out

McPike: Jonathan Banks., In the first episode of a new story arc, Jerry Lewis and Ron Silver guest star as Eli Sternberg and his son David, owners of Elrose, a 7th Avenue garment business. When Eli’s usual loan shark refuses to pony up the $2 million needed to clear up a customs entanglement, Eli turns to an “Ivy League” crook named Pinzolo (Stanley Tucci), a college pal of son David. Disapproving of this sinister alliance, David goes to the OCB in hopes that the agency will bring Pinzolo down. Assigned to the case, undercover agent Vinnie (Ken Wahl) plays both sides down the middle to gain the confidence of both Pinzolo and Eli.
