Undercover agent Vinnie (Ken Wahl) has managed to infiltrate the Steelgrave crime family and has been put in charge of the waterfront “action” formerly handled by Grecco, discredited lieutenant of Sonny Steelgrave (Ray Sharkey). Meanwhile, an ambitious new DA (Vic Polizos) has vowed to clean up the Steelgrave mob, specifically targetting Vinnie and other second-echelon functionaries. Will the “moles” placed in Sonny’s organization inadvertently blow Vinnie’s cover–and what can he do about it short of killing the people on his “own side”?, When mob boss Paul Patrice puts his accountant in charge of safeguarding Steelgrave operations, Vinnie soon learns that Sonny’s at the mercy of his own watchdog.
