In fact, 53-year-old rapper Fatman Scoop was performing a free event at Hamden Town Center Park in Connecticut on Friday night. He fainted and fell while performing on stage. The news of the death of rapper Fatman Scoop, famous for hit tracks ‘Be Faithful’ and ‘It Takes Scoop’, has left his fans and close ones shocked. According to a video of the incident obtained by celebrity news site TMZ, medical staff apparently attempted to give him CPR while he was on stage. He was then taken away on a stretcher. However, despite all efforts, his life could not be saved.
