Madhavan, known for his dedication to roles, recently revealed the unconventional methods behind his impressive weight loss following his film “Rocketry: The Nambi Effect.” Unlike typical weight loss regimes involving strenuous exercise or medications, Madhavan’s approach centered around mindful eating and lifestyle adjustments.

R Madhavan explained that his strategy involved intermittent fasting and a unique practice of “drinking your food and chewing your water,” which means thoroughly chewing food 45-60 times before swallowing and consuming water slowly. He avoided raw foods after 3 pm, had his last meal by 6:45 pm, and emphasized consuming only cooked foods.

Additionally, Madhavan incorporated early morning walks and ensured he had a good night’s sleep, avoiding screen time 90 minutes before bed. He focused on consuming plenty of fluids, green vegetables, and easily metabolized, unprocessed foods.

Madhavan also shared insights from his research on applied kinesiology, which helped him understand food intolerances and their impact on his body. By tailoring his diet to include foods that his body could easily process, he achieved significant weight loss without resorting to surgery, medication, or intense workouts.
