Rajinikanth has gone on holiday in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, following the conclusion of filming Vettaiyan in Chennai. He went to the BAPS Hindu Temple when he was there.
Rajinikanth paid a noteworthy visit to an Abu Dhabi temple shortly after obtaining a Golden Visa for the United Arab Emirates. Pictures and a video were released by the BAPS Hindu Mandir’s official X account after he visited.
The veteran actor is seen in a video and images released by the BAPS Hindu Mandir asking for blessings at the temple. He is seen in the video going with a priest who tells him about the importance of the temple. Before Rajinikanth leaves the temple, the priest gives him a book and binds a string around his wrist. In the images and video, the actor is seen admiring the architecture of the temple and posing for photos with the folks who are travelling with him.
On Thursday, Rajinikanth gave a video to the media in which he declared, “I am deeply honoured to receive the prestigious UAE Golden visa from Abu Dhabi Govt. Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak is the Chairman of the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) and a Member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. My sincere gratitude to the Abu Dhabi government and my dear friend Mr. Yusuff Ali, the CMD of Lulu Group, for making this visa possible and for their unwavering support.”
Rajinikanth spent Monday with his friend Yusuff and a few high-ranking Lulu Group executives. In addition, he went to Yusuff’s residence and rode in his Rolls Royce. An employee of the company posted a video of Rajinikanth appearing happy as he drives up in the fancy automobile to the house, where they start chatting.
The Veteran actor will soon be seen in Vettaiyan, directed by TJ Gnanavel and starring Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, and Rana Daggubati. The film is scheduled for release in October. He will shortly start filming Coolie, starring Lokesh Kanagaraj. Reaction to the teaser for the movie’s announcement was positive.
