Vettaiyan Collection Day 3: Superstar Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan‘s film ‘Vettaiyan’ had a strong opening at the box office. There was a discussion about both of them working in the same frame for a long time, which has been fulfilled with ‘Vettaiyan‘. These two superstars have come together after 33 years. ‘Vettaiyan‘ is getting a good response at the ticket window. Amitabh Bachchan and Rajnikanth were last seen in a film in 1991.
Now after 33 years, both have come together once again. The action drama film ‘Vettaiyan‘ directed by TJ Gnanavel is a film that exposes corruption and crime. In this, Rajinikanth is in the role of police officer Athiyan and Amitabh Bachchan is in the role of National Human Rights Commission, Justice Dr. Satyadev Brahmadatta Pandey.
This film with strong content crossed the 50 crore mark at the box office in two days. On the third day of its release, i.e. Saturday, the film’s earnings saw a jump of 8.75 percent. With this, the total collection of the film has reached close to 100 crores.
