The movie Rajni is a bilingual movie. It is simultaneously shot in Tamil Language as the title of Aval Peyar Rajni means Her name is Rajni. Most of the filming of the movie took place in Chennai.
The dialogues of the Tamil version of the movie are written by David K. Rajan. And the Malayalam language dialogues are written by Vincent Vadakkan.
Plot of the movie Rajni
The story revolves around a mysterious murder case. Abhijeet is a Chennai based IT professional. He is married to Gauri. The couple decides to visit their hometown.
They started their journey towards their hometown but were not able to reach there. They meet a tragic incidence during their journey and died on the spot.
The police starts to investigate about the mysterious case. They finds from the witnesses that a mysterious woman is responsible for the death of the couple.
Later, Police declares that Abhijeet was having a extramarital affair with the woman. And the same woman is responsible for the death of the couple.
Naveen, Gauri’s brother, refuses to believe on the statement of the police. He is determined to find the real reason of the death of his sister and brother-in-law.
