Ramayana: Problems for Sai Pallavi and Ranbir Kapoor, who resigned?

Ramayana as a trilogy is chosen to helmed by the highly regarded Dangal filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari

Ramayana starring Sai Pallavi and Ranbir Kapoor, has been electric. This epic, which consists of three parts, is expected to be a visual extravaganza that combines modern technology, theatre, and mythology. On the other hand, fans are now interested in the film’s production due to recent events.

The project was first co-produced by Madhu Mantena and Allu Aravind, two well-known figures. Their partnership suggested a great cinematic experience, considering the enormous budget allotted for this masterpiece.

But according to latest rumours, Madhu Mantena has resigned from his position as producer of Ramayana. His departure’s cause is still unknown. This has undoubtedly become a significant obstacle for Ranbir and Pallavi’s ambitious undertaking.

Ramayana‘s production will now feature Namit Malhotra, the CEO of the Oscar-winning VFX company DNEG. Dune, Blade Runner 2049, and other films have contributed to the eight Oscars the picture has won, along with those from Inception, Oppenheimer, E Machina, Interstellar, and First Man. To this epic narrative, DNEG contributes unmatched experience.

According to sources, “A massive production with entirely new, intense visuals is planned for Ramayana.” Using cutting edge tools, methods, and effects, Namit and Nitesh are pursuing an ambitious endeavour. Under Nitesh Tiwari‘s leadership, one of the biggest teams of skilled professionals from around the globe will be assembled. It calls for the largest cast possible, massive sets, and a magnificent visual effects crew. That’s how Nitesh imagined the Ramayana universe to be.

The highly regarded Dangal filmmaker, Nitesh Tiwari, has chosen to helm Ramayana as a trilogy. Casting decisions are similarly exciting: Yash will play the Demon King Ravana, while Ranbir and Sai Pallavi will play Lord Ram and Sita. This enormous project will also feature contributions from other gifted actors, such as Sunny Deol, Lara Dutta, and Rakul Preet Singh.
