In the middle of rumors in B-town about Ranveer and Deepika’s marriage, Wednesday evening at the launch event of Tiffany’s Mumbai store, Ranveer put to rest any speculation of a divorce by prominently showcasing his wedding ring.
During a conversation with Vogue India, Ranveer shared insights into his cherished jewellery collection. “My most beloved pieces are those with personal significance,” he expressed. “One such ring holds immense value to me (he proudly exhibits his wedding band). It’s the symbol of our union, gifted to me by my wife, Deepika Padukone. Additionally, there’s a platinum engagement ring, alongside my mother’s diamond earrings and my grandmother’s pearls,” he elaborated.
“Men have been embellishing themselves with jewelry since childhood times. It’s a personal choice and an act of self-love,” he expressed, asserting that jewelry serves as the “punctuation mark of a person.” “As I entered my teenage years and began expressing my style more openly, I gravitated towards wearing a variety of jewelry, including junk jewelry and silver pieces. My relationship with jewelry has evolved over time. The key is that when you wear it, it should uplift your spirits and make you feel good. That’s what truly matters,” he concluded.
