Saiee Manjrekar was deeply saddened by the failure of Auron Mein Kaun Dum Tha
Although romantic dramas earn a good amount of money, Auron Mein Kahan Dum, which was released on August 2, could not show anything special. The pair of Ajay Devgn and Tabu, who created a stir on screen, also could not make the film successful.
Saiee Manjrekar was deeply saddened by the failure of Aur Mein Kaun Dum Tha, directed by Neeraj Pandey. He says that he had put in his blood and sweat for this film. But he felt very sad when the film failed.
Speaking to Hindustan Times, Saiee Manjrekar said, “This is a film that I gave my whole heart to. It has been made with a lot of love, hard work, blood, sweat and tears. It was everyone’s choice. So It was a bit disappointing. Ultimately we just want the film to reach as many people as possible and love it.”
Saiee Manjrekar said that others had the courage and called the failure as the wrong time. He said, “It’s just a matter of timing, I think it was the wrong time. You just have to wait for the right film at the right time.” Sai hopes that this film will do well on OTT.
Aur Mein Kahan Dum Tha shows the incomplete love story of Ajay Devgan and Tabu. Saiee Manjrekar has played the role of the young version of Tabu, while Shantanu Maheshwari has played an important role in place of Ajay Devgan. The movie received mixed response from the audience and critics.
