‘Jigra’ Film hits box office on 27th September 2024 in a theater near you.
Alia Bhatt has shared the announcement video of the film . A long note has also been written along with it. He wrote, “Presenting Jigra, directed by the immensely talented Vasanbala and produced by Dharma Movies and Eternal Sunshine Productions. From debuting with Dharma Productions to now producing a film with them, in many ways it feels like I have come full circle from where I started.”
The film is a story of a sister’s love for her brother and how she will do anything to protect him. The film is directed by Vasan Bala, produced under the banner of Dharma Productions and Eternal Sunshine.
Fans are eagerly waiting for this film of the actress. Although its shooting has just ended, the audience will have to wait for a few months for the film so that its post production work can be completed.
Alia was last seen in Karan Johar‘s film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. Apart from ‘Jigra’, he has Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love and War’ and ‘Jee Le Zara’. ‘Jigra’ is the second film directed by Jigra Vedang. Before this, she had made her debut with Zoya Akhtar’s ‘The Archies’ last year.
Special thing is that Alia Bhatt had entered the industry under the banner of the production house – Dharma Productions. Now I have joined hands with him for film. That means, ‘Jigra’ is being produced by Alia’s Eternal Sunshine Production along with Dharma Production. That means Alia is both the lead actress and producer of this film.
