His phone remained active until April 24, during which multiple transactions were made. The police later traced him to various Gurudwaras in cities like Amritsar and Ludhiana, where he was on a religious journey.

Upon returning home, he informed the police that he needed to complete certain legal formalities before he could fully address his disappearance. He emphasized that once these matters are resolved, he will be able to discuss the details more openly.
