Accused’s custody extended till January 29
On Friday, the Bandra Magistrate Court extended the police custody of the accused till January 29. The court said that there has been sufficient progress in the case and it is necessary to investigate other consequential aspects. The crime is serious and triable by the Sessions Court. Mumbai Police had sought further custody of the accused, suspecting the involvement of more accomplices of the attacker in the Saif attack case.
