Tom Holland has read the script of ‘Spider-Man 4’ and the actor has now been seen sharing his reaction to the Marvel Cinematic Universe film. Tom Holland gives update on ‘Spider-Man 4’

Tom Holland read the latest draft of the ‘Spider-Man 4’ script with MCU MJ actress Zendaya three weeks ago. The actor revealed that the two of them were sometimes jumping in the living room. Holland did not give any details about how much Peter Parker is expected to do in the upcoming MCU film, but it is set to start shooting in 2025. This makes it clear that there will not be long to wait for the casting and story details to be revealed.

Tom Holland said, ‘It needs work, but the writers are doing a great job. I read it three weeks ago and it really got me excited. Zendaya and I sat down, read it together and sometimes we were jumping around in the living room.’

Last year, the actor had admitted to Collider that he is open to reprising his superhero role, but only if the story does justice to the character. Tom Holland had said, ‘I feel very protective of Spider-Man. I feel very, very lucky that we were able to work on a franchise that got better with every single film, that got more successful with every single film, which I think is really rare and I want to protect his legacy. However, I don’t want to rush into the sequel. I think the character in the next film has to be worth the time.
