Stree 2 Box Office Day 10: Huge jump in earnings on second Saturday
Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao starrer movie Stree 2 has been creating havoc since its release. The sequel has also broken the record of the first film. Stree 2, which is set to touch the figure of 500 crores worldwide, is soon going to reach close to 400 crores at the domestic box office. The film has created a stir over the weekend.
The year 2024 is going to be ruled by horror films. First Shaitan wreaked havoc, then Munjya and now the havoc of Stree 2 is being seen. Ever since the film has been released in theatres, it has been beating one blockbuster film after another.
Stree 2, which released in theatres on August 15, is the sequel of the 2018 film Stree. The sequel of the film was eagerly awaited for the last 6 years. While Stree 2 became the biggest opener of the year with 64 crores, the craze is not ending even after a week. There has been a huge jump in the earnings on Saturday.
The first weekend of Stree 2 was a blockbuster. The film crossed the 200 crore mark in the first weekend itself.
Horror and comedy-filled Stree 2 has done a business of Rs. 350 crores in 10 days at the domestic box office. The film is creating havoc not only in the country but also abroad. The business of Stree 2 has reached Rs. 456 crores worldwide.
