Stree 2 Collection: ‘Stree 2’ added so many crores of rupees to its account on the 32nd day
Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao‘s ‘Stree 2’ is performing tremendously in terms of earnings. The film is in its fifth week today. It has become the highest grossing film of 2024 so far. Even after so many days of its release, it is still holding its ground in theaters. At the same time, now the figures of the 32nd day of the film have also come out. Amar Kaushik‘s directorial venture Stree 2 starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar has already created history by joining the Rs 500 crore club. The film has been firmly established in the theatres since day one.
Released on the occasion of Independence Day on 15 August, the film had a bumper opening on the first day. The film opened its account with Rs 8.5 crore in pre-paid previews and Rs 51.8 crore on the first day. With this, the film earned Rs 291.65 crore in the first week.
Entering the second week, the film continued its strong earnings. The film performed well in the second week as well, earning a whopping Rs 141.4 crore. The film earned well this weekend too. On Saturday, i.e. the 17th day, the film earned Rs 16.5 crore. On Sunday, i.e. the 18th day, the film earned Rs 22 crore. On the 19th day, the film’s earnings declined. On that day, the film collected Rs 6.75 crore.
‘Stree 2’ collected 5.84 crores on the 32nd day. Now, the total collection of the film has reached 553.94 crores. Apart from Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, other actors like Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana are also in lead roles in the film.
