After more than a year of writing, the team behind Border 2 has produced a screenplay that lives up to the high standards that fans would have for the follow-up to an enormously successful movie like Border. By the end of the year, Sunny Deol and Ayushmann Khurrana are eager to go out on this adventure. The movie is going to be the biggest war film of India.
Bhushan Kumar, JP Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta will produce Border 2. Anurag Singh will serve as the director of Border 2. Additionally, it will be 29 years from Border’s release in 2026.
Border 2 is scheduled to open on Friday, January 23, 2026, which coincides with Monday, January 26, 2026, being Republic Day. Since the movie honours the valour of the Indian armed forces, the producers believe that Republic Day is the ideal time for Sunny Deol and Ayushmann Khurrana‘s release.
