Sunny Deol and renowned director Gopichand Malineni have teamed up for his upcoming project, SDGM. On Thursday, the production banner broke the news.
Sunny Deol have teamed up with the gifted director Gopichand Malineni. Following the collaborations of Salman Khan and AR Murugadoss and Shah Rukh Khan and Atlee, we have another project in the works that will bring together a Bollywood actor and a South filmmaker. Thisbmorning the official announcement was made regarding the upcoming project.
Today, the production company Mythri Movie Makers shared the thrilling news on social media. They released the project’s announcement poster and disclosed that filming will shortly get underway. The announcement poster was also posted on the Gadar actor’s Instagram page at the same time.
The forthcoming project is a collaborative effort by Mythri Movie Makers and People Media Factory, and it has been dubbed the largest action movie in the nation. S Thaman composed the soundtrack for the movie. The technical team includes art director Avinash Kolla and cinematographer Rishi Punjabi. The film has been given the provisional title SDGM.
Sunny Deol is currently filming Lahore 1947, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Sunny Deol and Aamir Khan‘s enterprises. In the movie, Preity Zinta will have a significant part. Additionally, Border 2 is also being developed by Sunny Deol. It’s expected to release in theatres the following year.
Sunny Deol was last seen in Gadar 2. Gadar 2, directed by Anil Sharma, was a follow-up to the 2001 hit film in which Sunny played truck driver Tara Singh and Ameesha Patel played Sakina. At the Indian box office, it brought in over ₹450 crore, making it a huge success.
