The story of the film is based on the real incident of a Shaufia filmmaker named Nasir Shaikh who lives in Malegaon city of Maharashtra. It is inspired by the 2008 documentary Superman of Malegaon. It shows the struggle of the youth of a small town towards cinema, who despite the resources dream of making Bollywood style films.
The film’s director Reema Kagti and writer Varun Grove have shown this inspiring story in the cinematic world.
Adarsh Gaurav has won everyone’s heart by playing the role of Nasir and the brilliant acting of Vineet Kumar and Shashank Arora along with him made the film even more interesting.
