Taapsee Pannu : ‘Just because he isn’t a cricketer or big businessman…’
Taapsee Pannu recently addressed the public’s unfamiliarity with her husband, Mathias Boe, emphasizing that not being a cricketer or a prominent businessman doesn’t diminish his worth. Mathias Boe, a former badminton player from Denmark, boasts an impressive career with a silver medal from the 2012 London Olympics and numerous other accolades.

Taapsee highlighted that the couple prefers to keep their relationship private, which might contribute to the lack of widespread recognition. She met Boe in 2013, and despite his achievements, he remains relatively unknown in the celebrity-centric landscape of India. This privacy, she suggests, allows them to focus on their personal lives without the scrutiny often faced by public figures.

Taapsee Pannu further noted that Mathias Boe’s achievements in badminton, including his tenure as a coach for India’s doubles duo Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty, should be acknowledged. She believes that valuing someone based on their profession is unfair and that Boe’s accomplishments speak for themselves.
