‘People like Nana Patekar are psychopath’ : Tanushree Dutta

On Monday, the Kerala government appointed Justice K. Hema Commission report has been released on which Tanushree Dutta has reacted. This 295-page report mentions serious issues like casting couch and sexual harassment going on in the Malayalam film industry.
Now giving her opinion on this report, actress Tanushree Dutta has called it useless. She said- I do not understand these committees and reports. I think these are useless.
Accused should be arrested and strong law should be brought :
Tanushree further cited the Vishakha Committee, whose aim is to stop things like sexual harassment at the workplace. The actress said- What does this new report mean? All they had to do was arrest the accused and enforce a strong law and order. I remember the Vishakha Committee, which came up with a lot of guidelines and prepared a page by page report. But what happened after that? The names of the committees keep changing.
Nana Patekar a Psychopath :
Tanushree says- People like Nana Patekar are psychopaths. There is no treatment for them. Only wicked people can do what they did. I don’t care about these committees. I don’t trust this system either.It seems that with these reports and committees, people are just wasting our time instead of doing the right thing. Having a safe workplace is a basic right for any woman or any person.
Tanushree had accused Nana of sexual harassment :
In 2018, Tanushree had accused Nana Patekar, dance choreographer Ganesh Acharya and director Vivek Agnihotri of sexual harassment under the MeToo movement. Tanushree said that actor Nana Patekar had tried to sexually harass her.Tanushree also said that even when only she was shooting, Nana Patekar was present on the set. After this allegation of Tanushree, FIR was also registered against Nana Patekar.
