The series centres on a genius criminal profiler named Oh Hyun Jae. He cracked many complicated cases by using his unsurpass profiling skills.
One day his fiancee was killed in an explosion set by a serial killer. After that horrific incident, Hyun Jae became depressed. He quits his profession and starts to live in isolation.
After five years, another murder took place using the same method by which Hyun Jae’s fiancee was murdered. To solve the murder mystery, an investigation team was formed under the leadership of Hwang Ha Young.
During the investigation, Hwang Ha Young meets a young detective from the countryside named Cha Soo Young. She has a photographic memory. Hwang Ho Young teams up with her to use her special ability.
Hyun Jae also got alerted after the second murder case. He decided to trace the killer of his beloved fiancee, who is known as the peppermint killer. He teams up with two other officers to unravel the secret behind these murder cases.
Actors Jang Hyuk, Choi Soo Young, and Jin Seo Yeon are playing key roles with various other actors playing supporting roles in the series.
The screenplay for the series is done by Ko Young Jae and Han Ki Hyun.
