Thangalaan : Vikram starrer earns over Rs 17 crore, announces North India release date
The much-anticipated Tamil film Thangalaan, starring Chiyaan Vikram, witnessed a significant drop in box office collections on its second day. After a strong opening, the film saw a 65% dip, earning approximately ₹17.2 crore across all languages in India. The film had garnered around ₹4.28 crore on its first day, making the second day’s collection a steep decline.
Despite the dip, Thangalaan is still holding strong in terms of overall box office performance. The film’s performance in North India is eagerly anticipated, with the release date in that region set for August 18, 2024.
