The movie shows the annual meeting of municipal employees. Employees from various municipal councils gather together every year. The main motive of this annual meeting is to discuss important issues. And to make plans for further developments.
The conference became a terrifying dream when unusual things started to happen. A mysterious masked man starts to kill employees one by one. This creates a panic situation at the conference.
Everyone gets scared and nobody knows who is going to be the next target of the mysterious masked killer. In addition to the mystery, nobody knows the motives behind the killings.
Because of some conditions, employees are stuck at the conference and unable to contact anyone to seek help. As the incident proceeds, the motives of the masked men start to reveal themselves. The hidden secrets behind the brutal killings start to come out eventually. What will happen when the motives of the killer come out? Will the employees be able to save themselves from getting killed? What will they do to stop the aggressive killer?
