Gu Ae Jung was once the most popular member of the girl band called ‘The National Treasure Girls’. When the band broke up she received the bulk of the blame. Many negative rumours also swirled around her, but she never discussed them or explained them in any way. This led the public to develop a very negative image of her. Her father and brother lost all the money from her brief success on a string of failed business ventures. Despite her warm personality, her career has suffered ever since, and now she makes appearances on airtime as a B-list celebrity on variety shows in order to earn an income.
Dokko Jin is a top movie star at the height of his career, and his next goal is to break into Hollywood and gain recognition as an international and global actor. He is an action movie star who is sexy. He is humble towards the public. In real life he is arrogant, self centered and mean to those who know him. His attempts to get his first international breakthrough are disrupted due to a series of unfortunate encounters with Gu Ae Jung.
Despite his initial dislike, Dokko Jin surprisingly finds his heart beating a little quicker from their constant encounters.
Actors Cha Seung Won, Gong Hyo Jin, Yoon Kye Sung, and Yoo In Na are playing key roles, with various other actors playing supporting roles in the series.
