Plot of The Regime
The Regime is a political satire television miniseries. The series shows the crumbling authoritarian regime within the palace during the course of a year time.
Chancellor Elena Vernham turns to erratic soldier Herbert Zubak as an odd confidant as she grows more paranoid and unstable after spending a considerable amount of time within the palace.
The kingdom and the palace gradually fall apart around Elena as a result of her attempts to increase her power, particularly when Zubak’s influence over the chancellor increases.
