The Requin, commonly known as From Below, is an American entertainment film written by Le-Van Kiet and will be released on January 28th, 2022. It tells the story of Jaelyn and Kyle, a couple whose honeymoon is ruined by an unexpected tropical cyclone, which destroys their overwater bungalow in a matter of minutes and leaves Kyle with a serious leg injury.
In no time, the hurricane’s devastating impact leads the property to break from the mainland and drift deeper into the harsh ocean. There, in the midst of the enormous sea, the couple struggles to survive while sitting on a large wooden object, waiting for assistance.
However, Jaelyn’s horror becomes reality when a ravenous shark appears out of nowhere and kills her husband by biting off his already damaged limb. From there, the vicious beast begins a game of cat and mouse with Jaelyn, who must now do her best to escape the situation unscathed. Will the lady be successful in preserving her life?
