The Umbrella Academy, based on Gerard Way’s comics and created for television by Steve Blackman, has become one of Netflix’s most popular sci-fi shows. The finale of Umbrella Academy Season 3 left us on a cliffhanger, but there is good news: another season is on the way. Now for the terrible news: Season 4 will be the series’ final season. During the fourth and final season, the heroic family will face challenges.
The official teaser for The Umbrella Academy Season 4 introduces fans to new characters Gene and Jean Thibedeau (Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally) and Sy Grossman (David Cross). “I wouldn’t miss what’s coming for the world,” Grossman says in the trailer.
The Umbrella Academy‘s fourth and last season will launch on Netflix on Thursday, August 8. The entire season will be released at once. The Umbrella Academy Season 4 will have six episodes.
