The movie is set in the city of Baltimore. On New Year’s Eve, everyone is enjoying the party going on the roofs of various buildings. A very terrifying incident happened in the city. A sniper starts killing people at various rooftop parties. He used firework explosions to cover the sounds of his fire.
The police authority gets alerted after the first killing and starts to find the location of the killer. Police find out that the shooter is located at the apartment, which overlooks the ear. Just as the police approach to catch the killer, the apparent explode.
Later, after investigating, the police find out that the apartment has been vacant for a long time. And there is nothing to get a clue about the killer.
The police also find out that the explosion in the apartment was done in a skilled manner. A grenade was used to explode in the apartment. The weapon that was used for killing is a 40-year-old US army weapon.
As soon as these facts are revealed to the police, one more incidence happens in the city. The same killer commits a mass killing at a mall. He again left no trace behind him.
To solve this serial killing case, a higher official is opposite a special task officer. But the killer is way smarter than they expected. He came up with a unique idea for his escape. Who is this killer? What are his motives? Will he ever get arrested?
Actors, Shailene Woodley, Ben Mendelsohn, Jovan Adepo and Ralph Ineson are playing key roles in the movie with various other actors in supporting roles.
