On its re-release, the film ‘Tumbbad‘ is also opening new dimensions at the box office. Released in 2018, this film has earned so much money in the advance booking of its re-release (13 September 2024) itself.

Trade pundits are also seeing a good sign for Hindi cinema in the success of the film’s re-release. It is being said that it is the most loved film by the audience in its re-release till date. The name of the film ‘Tumbaad’ is being taken along with ‘Mughal-e-Azam’, ‘Sholay’, ‘Bahubali’ in the survey conducted for the 10 best films of the country.
