Box office collection: Ulajh earns just Rs65 lakhs on its 5th day
On its fifth day at the box office, the film “Ulajh,” which hit theatres on Friday, has not been doing well. According to Sacnilk.com, it only made ₹65 lakh on Tuesday. The movie is directed by Sudhanshu Saria.
On its opening day, “Ulajh” made ₹1.15 crore. It earned ₹1.75 crore on the second day and ₹2 crore on the third day. However, its earnings dropped after that. On the fourth day, it made ₹65 lakh, and it earned another ₹65 lakh on the fifth day, according to early estimates. So far, the film has grossed a total of ₹6.20 crore. On Tuesday, it had an 11.35% occupancy rate in Hindi theaters.
According to the news agency PTI, Janhvi recently talked about her role in the film, saying, “I think this character is very different from what I’ve played before. In my earlier movies, I often played helpless, damsel-in-distress roles, but Suhana is not like that. She’s not a ‘abla naari,’ and that was really exciting for me.”
She also mentioned, “While reading the script, I realized that the film is more than just a typical spy thriller. It’s a mix of coming-of-age, emotional, thrilling, and entertaining elements. It also explores a woman’s journey in a man’s world.” “Ulajh” is Janhvi‘s second film release this year, following her role in “Mr & Mrs Mahi” from May.
