Hrishikesh and Sherlin Seth recently appeared together in Balu Sharma’s latest Tamil film, Unarvugal Thodarkathai. The love drama, which was released in theatres on March 22nd, 2024, had an unsatisfactory review from fans who criticised the film for its weak premise and dragging writing. Nonetheless, the filmmakers are preparing to release Unarvugal Thodarkathai on a digital platform in the hopes that it will be more popular among OTTians.
According to a recent social media post by Aha Video, Unarvugal Thodarkathai will make its digital premiere on August 23rd, 2024. On Sunday, Aha resorted to Instagram to reveal an intriguing OTT Release Date poster for the Tamil film. The streamer added a caption to the poster: “Kadhal-la unarvu poorvama irukananum-nu🫂 unartha varudhu.” #Unarvugal Thodarkathai premieres on August 23.
The plot of the film revolves around Karthik. After meeting several women, Karthik marries and settles down with Priya, a girl with little to no experience in partnerships. However, not long after their marriage, conflicts begin to surface between the couple, owing to their diametrically opposed personalities and opposing views on love. Will Karthik and Priya eventually grow apart? Or will the two find a way to overcome their differences and remain united through thick and thin? Watch the movie to learn more.
