Veer Zaara: Advance booking of the film has started

Thousands of tickets were sold on the first day of advance booking for the re-release of Veer Zaara. The romantic pairing of Shahrukh Khan and Preity Zinta in the film was well liked by the audience. This is the reason why the film is being released in cinemas once again. The film has won the advance booking on the very first day.

Let us know how many tickets of the film were sold on the first day. Yash Chopra-directed romantic drama film Veer Zaara, released in the year 2004, is releasing again in theaters today i.e. on 13 September. Shahrukh Khan, Preity Zinta and Rani Mukherji played important roles in the film.

The cross-border love story between Veer Pratap Singh and Zara Hayat Khan in the film was well liked by the audience and it was one of the highest-grossing Indian films of that year. Now after two decades, fans will once again get a chance to watch the romantic love story of Zoya and Veer Pratap Singh on the big screen in theaters.

Let us tell you that Veer-Zaara will be re-released in 250 screens across India, with each theater having just one show a day. Yash Raj Films has performed impressively in the initial bookings. According to media reports, Veer-Zaara has sold 3,250 tickets at the end of its first day advance sales at major cinema chains like PVR Inox and Cinepolis.

Meanwhile, the MovieMax chain sold over 300 tickets, which is a better performance than this week’s new release, The Buckingham Murders. The film is expected to earn Rs 15-20 lakhs on its opening day.
