Vicky Kaushal‘s recent Instagram post deserves your whole attention. The actor posted a video on Instagram. The video included a “sneak peek” of Tauba Tauba, a song from his upcoming film Bad Newz. Karan Aujla, who appears opposite Vicky Kaushal in the video, sings the energetic melody. The two seem really fashionable in their uber-cool clothing and black sunglasses.
Vicky Kaushal declares, “Tauba Tauba song out tomorrow.” Karan Aujla then adds, “Bad News 19th of July. “Go watch it.” Towards the end, the actor points to the singer and says, “Aujla ni Aujla.” Most of Karan Aujla’s songs include the phrase “Aujla ni Aujla.”
On Friday, the Bad Newz trailer was released on YouTube. The video begins with Triptii Dimri, who is pregnant and unsure who her child’s father is. A doctor recommends a paternity test. Then we meet Vicky Kaushal as Akhil Chadha, a vibrant Punjabi boy who is overjoyed to learn about Triptii’s pregnancy, but his delight turns to despair when concerns about the baby’s paternity emerge.
Ammy Virk, who previously had a relationship with Triptii Dimri, appears on the scene. Things become even more perplexing when the doctor recounts a rare occurrence in which two eggs were fertilised by separate men during the same cycle. Ammy Virk and Vicky Kaushal will now be fathers to Triptii’s children. The soon-to-be fathers begin competing (playfully, of course) to win Triptii’s approval.
The film is directed by Anand Tiwari. Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Amritpal Singh Bindra, and Tiwari have all collaborated on the project. It will be launched on July 19th. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres on July 19.
